Sellers Agreement
Preamble:
'I', 'we', 'milkshakezombie' 'MZHQ' or anything in the first person refers to Milkshakezombie.com.
'You', 'the user' or anything referring to the person reading this agreement refers to the holder of the account being registered.
The Guts:
Since Milkshakezombie is a user driven market, sometimes prices and values may be set abnormally high or low by sellers. In an effort to help out the rest of the user base and ensure a solid market, Milkshakezombie reserves the right to adjust prices as is seen fit. All efforts will be made in every circumstance to contact the seller in relation to this. When a price is put under review, we will try our best to cantact you with details for why it is up for review and what actions are available to you. Most of the time we will ask you to change the price to a more suitable price range, but at the end of the day, MilkshakeZombie has the right to change the prices on any and all products available on the milkshakezombie site.
Seriously, we don't want to mess with your prices, and we want you to have full control over the new price, but sometimes we have to step in.
You, as the seller, agree that you will not upload any malicious material of any kind to the site. Immediate removal of accounts and other necessary actions will be carried out in this event.
The internet is a potentially volatile place. Hardware can fail, software can glitch, bad things can happen, like data corruption or loss, connection issues or downtime, or anything else that affects the performance of the site. Milkshakezombie accepts no liability or responsibility for modification or loss of data uploaded to the site. I know that sounds bad, but it's just to expunge us of any legal repercussions. All efforts will be made to protect and secure your data, and recover it in the even of unwanted modification or loss. We really don't wan't to lose your stuff, but you never can be sure.
At the moment, MilkshakeZombie is a relatively small, community based service. As such, we can't afford any money recovery guarantees. MilkshakeZombie is proud to boast all the bells and whistles for our security department, but as with any security technology, there are people out there trying to break it. Here it comes again: MilkshakeZombie accepts no liability or responsibility for any monetary losses or issues in which MilkshakeZombie is involved in any way. In the future we hope to have money back facilities but for now we simply can't afford them.
In the event of a seller breaching any of the terms set out in this agreement, immediate ban and removal of files, accounts and data will ensue. All owing money will be paid straight into the linked account and any affiliation will be removed. In the event of owing funds not transferring correctly, the user will be contacted via all available means and an alternative method of payment will be sought. We don't want to have to ban people, and this will probably never be an issue, just be nice!

Unfortunately, we can't ensure the integrity of everyone on the internet. Users might upload potentially malicious content. It is your resposibility to take suitable steps to protect yourself from potential threats. MilkshakeZombie accepts no responsibility or liability for malicious content uploaded to the service. We do ask that if you think you have downloaded potentially malicious content that you contact us so we can rectify the issue, but that is not a requirement of this agreement. MilkshakeZombie agrees to take all reasonable steps to ensure that malicious content is not uploaded and to take swift action in the event that it is.
